This is a place where you will learn how to optimize your body, mind and spirit in ways you have longed for, for a long time…perhaps your entire life.

Ojas Oasis is a place for everyone. Where everyone, regardless of religious, political, or personal beliefs, can access true, deep, connection with themselves and their True Nature. 

Our mission is to help you cultivate, nourish, and protect your Ojas: your immunity and inner peace. We are here to create a positive impact in people’s lives, to teach you how to integrate the tools of Yoga and Ayurveda into a world filled with ever-changing, ever-moving technologies (which both convenience, and over-complicate our existence).

Who am I? I am a servant of The Vedas, an Ayurvedic Doctor in training, and a yogi. But perhaps the most important thing to know is this: I care about you and your healing, and that compassion drives my life, and every decision I make. My Dharma is to present the traditional lineage of Ayurveda to my fellow Westerners.

In this podcast, I will share the knowledge I’ve sought out and acquired over the past 4+ years, and use every year the Divine gifts me this body and voice, on this Earth, to empower you to heal yourself.

We are so happy and humbled to share Ayurveda with the world. We pray it brings you joy, clarity, health, deeper awareness, and healing.

G-d knows, we created this as a prayer for humanity, and our much-needed collective healing. May you hear and feel that Love in each and every episode.

In these classes you will learn:

  • The basics of Ayurveda

  • Your natural constitution and the nature of any imbalances you have

  • The cause of disease

  • How to Heal Your Life using five sense therapies, including: food, touch (self-massage), color therapy, music therapy, and healthy lifestyle routines

  • Healing techniques including meditation, nasal cleansing, pranayama (breathing techniques), and more
